My Workout Diary #1

Hola Gaes!

Long time no see yaa, sebenarnya mau lho tiap hari ngeblog. Banyak banget yang pengen aku tulis di sini sebenarnya. What about one day one post? Semoga bisa konsisten posting tiap hari yah.

Well, hari ini aku mau share cerita tentang workout aku. Sebenarnya udah dari bulan November sih ngegym dan jadi member W Gym, malah awal masuk aku pakai PT segala lhoo, niat banget kan. Niat hati pengen bodygoals seperti Jennifer Bachdim atau si Pevita kan, eeh ini udah awal tahun ternyata bodygoals tak kunjung didapatkan. Stuck aja gitu di BB 63 kg. Whattttt….

Ini sih bukan salah trainer atau gymnya yaa, sepertinya masalah pribadi aku sendiri yang ga bisa memanage makanan dan waktu olahraga. Lhaa gimana mau turun dan bodygoals, turun sekilo aja abis itu kalap malah selebrasi makan ini itu buat selfreward. Haiyaaah bubar jaalaaaan kakaaaak.

Ternyata kuncinya adalah di 80% makanan dan 20% workout. Lho percuma jungkir balik workout tapi makannya masih sembarangan dan ga dijaga. Ga clean, masih makan gorengan, nasi 2 bakul, bebek goreng yang kulit lemaknya endolita, or bakso tetelan daging. Udah gitu semangat dan disiplin olahraga masih on off. Kadang semangat eeh malasnya lebih banyak.

BANGKIT LAGI!

Yuk ah mulai bulan maret ini semangat lagi! Tadi aku udah perpanjang member lagi Rp 300.000,00, untung belum sempat expired membershipnya. hihihihi….

Oukeeey, now we already in the middle of December. Aaannd how was your workout, Intan? Did you by the chance achieve any goals? Hahhahahaa

I feel sorry not sorry that nothing changed during this 6 month. I didn’t join with the gym membership anymore due to the pandemic. I choose to walk for 45 minutes every morning. Yesss I did that from Monday to Thursday this week, and tonight I’ll have badminton exercise in DSC. Yeeah not bad actually, I already fullfill the basic requirement of living healthy, having 3 times minimum exercise in a week.

Please don’t ask me about my weight! Hahhaa its stil the same as I have on March. Jengggjenggg welcome on board, 63kg! Aiyaaa, I still can’t control my food intake for the calori defisit. I can’t do that! Yess I can do that but only for maximun 3-4 days.

They said CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!

Iyaaa tau sih teorinya tapi ini paling susah cuy! Konsisten! Bisa ga ya 30 hari konsisten olahraga dan cleaneating?

DAY ONE or ONE DAY

Let’s take an action, mungkin jangan mikir 30 hari kok kesannya lama banget. Coba kita struggle day by day hari per hari aja kali biar kita semangat. Hari ini selesai lanjut esok hari. I’ll make it a daily report too in my blog.
